Designed For Athletes

A deep rooted understanding of training and athletics grounds our care. Cassie provides individualized rehab plans built for active individuals.

Residency Trained, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy

Every session will be spent 1 on 1 with Cassie, who has completed a sports residency, provided care at 2 NCAA Division 1 schools, and attained her CSCS and SCS certifications.

Knowing how important it is to continue to participate in competitive endeavors, the mission of Compete PT is to empower athletes to recover, perform, and excel through individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services tailored to their unique needs.


Cassie's passion is rooted in competition and sport, growing up on ballfields and courts, being a 4 year starter in collegiate athletics, and competing in powerlifting.


Cassie has the experience to provide excellent, high-quality physical therapy care: 

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University
  • Sports PT Residency at University of South Dakota/Sanford Health
  • Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Her experience has led to full time faculty position in the College of St. Scholastica Department of Physical Therapy, teaching in classes related to Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Conditions.

  • What are your business hours?

    Due to my full-time status as a professor, availability is subject to change on a weekly basis. The best way to check for availability is either check the calendly or reach out to me directly.

  • Do you take insurance?

    I am not in contract with any insurance companies. However I will provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if you choose to do so. 


    I can accept payment in the form of credit/debit, cash, check, HSA, and FSA.


    Legally, I am not allowed to treat any medicare beneficiaries. 

  • Where are you located?

    I have partnered with Cold Storage Performance for use of a back room located in their 24 hour key-fab access gym. The address is 316 Garfield Ave Duluth MN 55802.

  • Do I need a referral?

    No - in Minnesota you are able to receive PT Treamtnets without a referral for 90 days.
